You studied abroad yourself and saw how change happens at a university. That experience helped you understand what it takes. At QyzPU you put several ideas into practice. One example I remember is the assessment criteria for final projects. It was your suggestion, and we developed the criteria and templates together.

You found common ground with people. You had an eye for talented young professionals. You also stayed in touch with older colleagues who found the reforms difficult. You were open to new ideas, proposed changes yourself and got along well with the other deans.

That is what has stayed with me. When I talk to other experts about how change happened at QyzPU, I give you as an example.
